You can schedule an appointment by phone or in person. Our team assists with all Tule River Indian Health Center (TRIHCI) appointments, including medical, dental, and behavioral health visits. To reduce wait times, please make sure your patient registration is current—this needs to be updated once a year.

If you’ve recently been treated at another facility—such as an ER or hospital—please call us with your name, date of birth, and the name of the facility. This helps our medical records staff ensure your reports are received and added to your file before your appointment, minimizing delays.

Yes. The TRIHC Laboratory can complete tests ordered by any licensed provider, whether they’re part of our clinic or not. You only need to have one annual visit with one of our providers to use lab services. Our lab team can also answer questions about testing instructions and available services.

Our Immunization Specialist keeps up with the latest vaccine recommendations for both children and adults. If you’re behind on your immunizations or have questions about vaccine schedules, due dates, or new vaccines, you can call the coordinator anytime for guidance.

Keep your registration up to date, bring your photo ID and insurance card (if applicable), and notify us about any recent hospital or specialist visits so we can update your medical record. These simple steps help us provide timely, coordinated, and respectful care for every patient.
